CBT is a popular, evidence-based psychotherapy which recognizes how thoughts, feelings, body sensations and behaviors are integrated. CBT helps people map how problems started, what maintains them, and give strategies to restructure negative patterns into more positive ones. CBT can be highly effective for anxiety, depression, stress, panic attacks, phobias, OCD, addictions, anger management and most other areas of emotional disturbance.

Counselling is a talking therapy, which offers empathetic support, without judgement. Counselling is an effective therapy for issues such as illness, bereavement and relationship problems. It involves reflection and perspective-taking on life’s experiences with opportunities to consider and plan strategies to cope and move forward. Counselling sessions are available for individuals, couples, and carers. It is client-led and flexibly planned.
